When creating this blog, I feel so scattered explaining who I am. I'm trying not to allow my own personal identity to get lost within the experiences I've had – like riding horses, working out, enlisting, becoming a mom, and starting a mom group. All these things, whereas this is just me.

Hello, I'm Jordan – The low-maintenance, reliable yet often forgotten friend. I'm 24 years old, living life as a single mom, embracing both the beauty and challenges that come my way. Navigating this new chapter of life has been something worth sharing.

Growing up, I spent a lot of time riding horses, working out (which eventually turned into CrossFit), and shortly after that, I enlisted and embarked on a journey that would change who I am forever. Joining the Coast Guard is something I say with great pride and gratitude – perhaps because it's over? Who knows.

Within these experiences, I have dragged along my 6 sisters and brother. Though I am not close with all of them, I am close with most. Growing up in a large family was fun; you will probably realize some of my personality stems from being the second youngest of the crowd.

Becoming a mom was one of the most beautiful, isolating, and wonderful things that have ever happened to me! I am so blessed and grateful to be here. With everything that I have experienced in this life, I have so much gratitude. Consequently, I have an overwhelming amount of stories and advice that deserve to be shared.
